    This picture is really a coaches life wrapped up in one moment . There can 5000 people in the stands but when ur little girl gives u a huge it might as well be 0. This moment might be my favorite of all time .

    Since March 13th we have asked r student/athletes to continue to invest, stay accountable n prepare for 10 months 43 weeks 301 days 7224 hours 433,440 minutes I am humbly asking @GovPritzker to spend 1 hour with @IHSA_IL & IDHP to begin dialogue on the '21 athletics plan

    I applied for a head coaching job at the school i was at for 12 years ....didn’t get it ... biggest failure of my life.. forced me to look outside my comfort zone and take a risk! I did .. 6 yrs later @scnfbplayers 2nd in state ! Failure is growth ALWAYS

    While the score is upsetting , imo its the internal standard and drive that many HC’s hold themselves to that hurts. Losses r hard it is personal because like it or not everytime you compete a part of u is out there with your team. Nobody wants success as much as the HC .. NOBODY

    Horizontal press is medball contact fits . Great teaching tool this is a frosh who is learning elbows in thumbs at 45 deg and extend the punch through the ankles hips extremities and wall. Love this kids detail .#cultureplaybook
