    @Avis how can you perform this badly? It’s been 50 min of me waiting for a car to be delivered at JFK. 50min after the car was provided via voice message, 20 after the person at counter provided a 5min ETA. IS THIS REALLY “preferred “??

    I start to think this the #Iberia service level (must be written in some company handbook): when a flight delay make all effort to leave the passenger with as little information as possible. In case it’s absolutely need to inform, act slow & use the least number of attendants.
