    I am still trying to understand how someone who has failed to deliver a hospital 4 which she was paid upfront years ago can be the savior coming 2 rescue us Coffee farmers from the plight of low prices. It may be that I struggle with cognitive abilities but this can’t be my fault

    It is common knowledge that @Parliament_Ug is itself a #NyegeNyegeFestival that runs in five year cycles. And using taxes to irregularly buy ultra luxury Benzes at inflated prices while denying ordinary folks an opportunity to earn a little money from an event is a moral hazard!

    If you focus narrowly on the #KampalaPotholeExhibition you miss the wider impact of what @SpireJim has so cleverly done. Basically he has shown how to engage in politics of protest using tech & lowered the personal physical cost of engagement. It is the new mode of mobilization
