    I've worked as a cna and left after MANY MANY human rights violations the entire board refused to acknowledge. As a blk woman my voice was unheard. One of my fav jobs too. My advice is stack your money like crazy so you can afford in home care. You don't wanna die in there...

    And most people think a bbl and implants are the same thing.. people are really uneducated about surgical procedures. Bbls have a 60% success rate and implants? 94% success rate. but these ppl don't even know which one involves fat grafting so 🤷🏾‍♀️
