1. People naturally expend far more calories than calorie calculators would have you believe.
2. Your TEE is mostly fixed and your body compensates for exercise by reducing your BMR.
This is a misunderstanding of statistics/risk
Very few people have LDL that high in the first place so of course there will be fewer at that level that have had a heart attack
