You know what I miss? Turning on something and having it just work. No registering on another device. No signing into an account. No downloading an app. Just plug it in and it does the thing it's supposed to do.- It took me 59 years, two failed marriages, endless bad dates, raising two kids, caring for both my parents, all the cancellations during Covid and (mostly) menopause to reach this level of unbothered Sydney Sweeney seems to have been born with.
- Some dude liked me on the dating app last night. I looked at his profile, he was attractive, had all his teeth, most of his hair, a job, and said he was an independent so I liked him back. This morning he messaged me and asked me to clarify the "conservative" in my profile.

- American Eagle's stock has gone up 21% since this ad campaign dropped. 21%! I hope other companies are paying attention. We're headed for another 80s fashion wise and I am so down for it. And no, it wasn't all neon. It was dressing smartly and taking pride in your appearance
- An "expert" just said to replace your bedding every two to three years. Why? I've got sheets and comforters that are going on 20 years old. I wash them regularly, and they are still in great shape, why on earth should they be replaced?
