- 1/6 So here's my challenge with Tech Hiring and Interviews around it. More often that not, the questions have practically little relevance with the job function. For senior folks, we skip any hands-on measurements. For junior folks, we forget to measure their learnability.

- People who live in India: Do you wish your parents got fitter and built an exercise regime for their age and strength? If yes, what's stopping them/you? 1. No trusted trainers or centres. 2. Have yet to hear/think of this. 3. Exercise does not excite parents.
