- I gave @elonmusk sh9t for buying Twitter. Today, I couldn't be more grateful to be here. We don't even need or use the yellow checkmark, but we pay the $1,000 per month because it's a cheap 'thank you' to the man who's values I should have never questioned. Thank you, Elon.
- Tesla would have a strong case, via the Lanham Act, to sue Mark Rober for false advertising/misleading an audience. Tesla would not have to prove damages, instead would only require a "tendency to deceive a substantial portion of the intended audience." Tesla would probably win.
