"I don't think Formula One is ready for Africa yet. I don't think they know how many fans they have in Africa." I loved doing this piece. I'm not really into Formula One myself, but talking to people about their passions is one of the best parts of my job

During the last bout of outrage, I interviewed victims of torture by Nigerian police unit SARS. They beat and arrest innocent people, then string them up in police cells without charge. Some die. Every few years there's a public outcry. Nothing changes.

I'm leaving Nigeria tonight for the UK. I'll miss this wonderful, crazy country. I've got exciting work for the next couple of months (will reveal soon), but I'm also looking for a job/freelance commissions. So, in true Naija style, please RT- my next employer might be on your TL

Nigeria's president, who was in London for almost half of 2017 on an unspecified medical trip, says he doesn't need to convince anyone about his health
    Replying to @MBuhari
People who know me know that I am not given to chasing cheap political points. The crowd in Daura were not seeing me so I came out of the car so they could see me. I didn’t and don’t need to walk to convince anyone about my health and the decision to contest for a second term.

Keira Bell's lawyer says, "The Gillick competency test is no longer fit for purpose. We shall be seeking permission to appeal to the Supreme Court." The Gillick test came from a case ruling under-16s could access contraception without parental consent

I have so many questions about Nnamdi Kanu, starting with how he made it out of Nigeria to Israel in 2017 (I visited his house shortly after it was reportedly ransacked by the army - there were bullet holes everywhere). And now his most recent alleged arrest
I have to be careful about how I word this, but assuming Nnamdi Kanu was indeed extradited or arrested with international help, I want to know under what legal framework this happened. I get that he's persona non grata in Nigeria, but who gave him up and why?
