If you're in crypto and cheering this, I don't know what to tell you. There's just no way that legitimizing two of the largest grift and scams in the existence of the industry is a good thing. Can blame it on the admin being ignorant, misinformed or bought, but this ain't it.

Make no mistake, $ETH as an investment is completely dead. A $225 billion market cap network that is seeing declines in transaction activity, user growth and fees/revenues. There is no investment case here. As a network with utility? Yes. As an investment? Absolutely not.

Current setup for BTC and ETH is rare - largest positioning rinse in history of crypto while standing on doorstep of macro goldilocks. 10/10 liquidation cleared more leverage in $ and % of OI than entire Jan-Apr '25 period. Opportunity ahead is similar to pre-Trump victory '24.

The crypto industry cheering an ADA and XRP reserve would be equivalent to enabling the SBF and FTX buddy-buddy relationship with Biden/Gensler. Or Wall Street cheering on Madoff. Or biotech industry cheering on Elizabeth Holmes. It's not good and it's a long-term negative.

No one in crypto nor traditional macro is fully appreciating the shift that is occurring. I am getting more bullish by the day. For the first time in a long time, I've started to think we may see 2020-2021 esque conditions again. I will elaborate in my next letter.
