Grief has its own timeline, and delaying it doesn’t mean it’s gone. It just waits quietly, building up until it can't be contained. When it finally breaks free, it can overwhelm us. Allow yourself to feel, to cry, to grieve is a part of healing, not a sign of weakness.

Just because something wasn’t recognized or named in the past doesn’t mean it didn’t exist. ADHD and Autism have always been part of the human experience, even if society lacked the understanding or terminology. Awareness and knowledge evolve, but the conditions are timeless.

Accessibility should be the standard, not the exception. Disabled people shouldn’t have to anticipate and request what should already be available. It’s time to shift the responsibility onto providers to ensure all facilities are equipped to accommodate everyone.
