- HS Athletes should realize that many of the youth kids in their communities look up to them. For many kids, HS athletes are those that they relate to because they can actively see them participate in their communities. Be a good role model because young eyes are watching.
- As much as I love wrestling, this sport has broken my heart so many times as an athlete and coach it has made me a wreck going into this weekend's tournament for the boys. lol. I know what they can do and what they deserve but the sport can be cruel at times.
- Awesome news for North Dakota that they just sanctioned girls wrestling. It is baffling to think that traditional wrestling powers Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Iowa and Minnesota to name a few still have not done it.
- I'm excited and honored to have been approved as the Athletic Director for the Penn Manor School District starting in June. I want to thank the PM administration and school board for this amazing opportunity. I can't wait to be a part of #cometnation
- How many Parents will blame a coach for their child not making a team or reaching their success versus asking their child How much extra work did they do to reach their goals
- I realize that I am a bit bias, but I am thoroughly convinced there is no other sport tougher to coach than wrestling when it comes to the emotional roller coaster you go through as a coach. It can tear you apart inside.
- High School national tournaments should have multiple day weigh-ins each morning.
