- Joey Watkins is FREE free. 🖤 09-21-2023Just spoke to Joey — he sounded like the weight of the world had fallen off him. Six weeks before his scheduled trial date, Floyd County folded. They dismissed all charges because of a 'lack of evidence at this time.' Far FAR too long in coming. But he's home now. For good.
