Chennai becomes the first Indian city to have a comprehensive automatic groundwater monitoring system.200 Automatic GW level recorders (1 in every ward), 20 Rain gauges have been installed (1 each in 15 zones & 5 lakes) by @CHN_Metro_Water. A video explaining how it works -

Proud of my wife, a general surgeon who is a frontline warrior in the Anti Corona battle, being a part of the medical team at the Govt. Omandurar Multispeciality hospital, which will be exclusively handling COVID-19 cases. Our 4 yr old kid will be staying away for a while.

My 7 yrs old daughter Yazhini chose to be @GitaGopinath - world renowned economist & the first Deputy Managing Director of IMF @IMFNews, at a Fancy dress event at her school today under the theme "Achievers of Modern India". Thank u mam for being an inspiration to young girls !

The little joys of being in IAS. A short story 15.7.21-Visited Karuppanpalayam village for an inspection.Villagers stopped my vehicle & demanded bus service, a 30 y demand. 19.7.21-Bus service launched for the village A small step by Administration, a giant leap for the village.
