    I don't think the problem was that Boris Johnson hadn't studied science past the age of 15. I think the problem was that Boris Johnson was Prime Minister.

    Boris Johnson still hasn’t learned. Regional journalists are not soft touches, relegated to the provincial second division. They know their patch and they will ask tough questions.

    A note that slaves lost overboard on voyage could be claimed on the insurance as lost property. Sick slaves were chained together and attached to a weight to ensure that they would drown.
