- Most companies that hire for devops role want people to solve their issues. Most fresh grad don’t have the skills and experience for that. Hiring for devops is hard so some bigger companies decided its easier to train one instead. They have extra manpower for it too.Ni nak more context, kena tanya geng devops, but usually, sebab devops ni orang yang deal with deployments and pipelines production, so kena ada orang ada good context of how a system should be. Kalau awak dah explore properly, then that's good. Awak apply je, see what happens.

- One question that I think helped me a lot recently is something along the lines of: "Can you explain the thought process behind what you just did?" Especially when you're learning from someone more experienced than you, this is how you'll indirectly get that "experience" too.
