    The PNW BOCES Board selected Asst. Sup. for HR Neil Boyle to be the District Superintendent and CEO. “Neil has proven to be an outstanding administrator,” Board President Richard Kreps said. “We looked at a lot of excellent candidates, but cream always rises to the top.”
