The rig for KingFisher development Area making its way to the Albertine Graben. Drilling planned to commence in Dec. Right on schedule. @EacopSupport #Firstoil2025. @UNOC_UG@PAU_Uganda@UgandaChamber
An appreciation tweet to @KagutaMuseveni for a stellar job in getting Uganda to oil and gas FID. I have been privileged to see him, over the years, make difficult decisions, negotiate and deliver positions we couldn't and help parties agree.@KiryowaKk@NankabirwaRS@MKarekye
Thank you Owek. @cpmayiga the Katikiro of Buganda for giving the oil and gas sector three days of fantastic statements, conversations and a memorable tour of the facilities with your team. Your advice & support for our oil and gas sector is deeply appreciated.
A great day it was today. HE the President launched drilling at the Kingfisher devt area. First rig for Tilenga on site, two more to come and with EACOP on course, #firstoil2025 is in sight. Add on the Refinery and our economy will be✈️🚀 @UNOC_UG@GCICUganda

So Germany and Denmark can build this tunnel, turn on coal plants, emit significant Co2 but Uganda can't construct a pipeline 15 km from L.Vic and produce it's not so big oil deposits? This is why we won't take this advisory seriously.
Contributed to the on-going & necessary debate on how Africa must position itself to industrialise, end energy poverty while being responsive to GHG emissions. My view; Africa must sustainably exploit all its resources, including oil and gas.#endenergypoverty
In this article, known haters of @EacopSupport fed @DailyMonitor
& @The_EastAfrican with lies. Unfortunately no verification with @EacopSupport or anyone else in the project was done. The reality is different and EACOP is on course.
'Africa and Uganda will have its own transition journey. We can't somersault from biomass to hydrogen. We must use our oil and gas resources to end energy and economic poverty' @NankabirwaRS@africaoilweek
Word of the week; 'Avoid okutomera' HE the President explaining how he refused to negotiate oil agreements in the 80s until he had built in-country capacity to competently negotiate these crucial pieces of documents in resource management. @UNOC_UG@elisonk@SsekatawaAli
