- there's not much many of us can do in global crises besides having human compassion & critical thinking. as others have been saying: be careful about what sources you spread; don't make this about you/the US; the "side" you should be on is the regular people of ukraine.
- shoutout to anyone who has ever spent time in the brainweird zone between "do i have autism?" and "do i have adhd?" while carrying the burden of "is it even a big enough deal for me to seek a diagnosis and/or treatment?" may you find peace
