    D1 isn’t easy to play at. D2 isn’t easy to play at. D3 isn’t easy to play at. NAIA isn’t easy to play at. JUCO isn’t easy to play at. No matter the level it’s not easy to get there and play. Embrace your team and appreciate that you get to play this game. #RecruitAll

    People think that 7% of high school baseball players play D1.. that’s not the case. You’re in the 7% if you play college baseball at ANY level! Yes, it’s that difficult to play in college whether it’s JC, NAIA, D3, D2, or D1. Enjoy the game and never be ashamed if it’s not D1!

    I’ve had teammates who could hit lasers off a tee but can’t hit in a game. Pitchers who throw missiles into a net but can’t actually pitch. Yet more kids are posting videos of that then game footage of them actually being good.. What do you think matters to a Coach? #RecruitAll

    There are roughly 482,160 HS baseball players. Less than 2% play D1, that’s less than 9,643. If a program is interested in you do not take it for granted. It’s a privilege to be recruited. If you’re a uncommitted HS/JUCO athlete reach out. Let’s find you a program! #RecruitAll

    Getting recruited is incredibly difficult! Especially with the transfer portal having over 2,100 athletes in it! If you’re a high school or JUCO athlete that is uncommitted reach out! I am here to help you find a program! This is a process I have helped many athletes through!

    Let’s get something clear. If you’re D1? Be proud. D2? Be Proud. D3? Be Proud. NAIA? Be Proud. JUCO? Be Proud. Do not be embarrassed or ashamed of where you play or what level. It’s an accomplishment only 7% of athletes get. Embrace it and make the most of it! #RecruitAll

    D1 or bust? I’ve never understood it. Play for the love of the game and where you’re able too. Worried you won’t get drafted unless you’re D1? Over 25% of college kids drafted had juco ties. Let’s find you a program that fits! Uncommitted HS & JC players reach out! #recruitall

    D1 is NOT your only option. If you have the opportunity to play at the next level and have help paying for school (a bonus) why wouldn’t you..? D1 solid D2 solid D3 solid NAIA solid Juco solid Lose the ego and play! It’s a privilege. One day you won’t be able too! #RecruitAll

    If coaches aren’t replying to you don’t let that discourage you or have you doubt your ability. It doesn’t mean you aren’t talented enough to play at the next level! If the program is right it will work! Uncommitted HS/JUCO guys let me help you find the right program! Reach out!
