you guys are a joke! I will speak for my profession! BPharm was scraped more than 2 decades ago by the US and Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), which compels pharmacists from being product oriented to being patient oriented, was implemented why are you guys so easily triggered

Both are fluoroquinolones, but structurally, levofloxacin is the S-enantiomer of ofloxacin, giving it better tissue penetration and a longer half-life [hence the once daily dosing]. Cipro is great for pseudomonas and UTIs, but levofloxacin shines in CAP, sinusitis, and skin
