- Replying to @dieworkwearMaybe it will teach Americans not to buy so much crap. Someone in this thread mentioned how bird feed is now $94. Lesson is to not get a bird.
- $WULF Super bullish. Buyback shares financed by a convertible. Company is betting on themselves prior to AI deal. This is like legal insider trading.
- $WULF This raises $1B with no interest and payments for 6.5 years.
- $WULF convertible closes and no dilution until stock is above $18.41. Great terms on loan and over $320 million cash on the balance sheet. The days of ATM are over.
- $WULF I am more bullish today than I was yesterday. I think this stock heads towards $50 in the next couple of years. Here are some thoughts in no particular order. 1) the option for Fluidstack adding 160 MW is all but a done deal. I would expect an announcement sooner rather

- $WULF Exchanged some texts with Patrick this morning. Key points: - capped call on convertible limits dilution until $18ish - capped call of $12.80 on initial convertible plus $115M share buyback also limits dilution to $18ish - mgmt signaling stock should trade to $18 in
- $WULF Running today and a high probability they announce a colocation customer next week. I expect a deal to look like $100-$105M a year for 72.5 MW for 10 years with a Q3 option for another 100MW with similar terms.
- $WULF upsized convertible to $1B at 1% interest
