I spoke to one of the voters Rubio claims broke the law. She is 29 and works 2 jobs. She followed instructions at her polling station & provided a valid photo ID. She has no idea why her ballot was rejected. Likely her signature was deemed a mismatch
#BrowardElections office admits the vote count they submitted to state includes 22 illegal votes. We know about these 22 because they got caught breaking law in reviewing 202 ballots. How can anyone trust more illegal votes aren’ in their final count? miamiherald.com/news/politics-…

Your tweet said "they got caught breaking law." I've spent the last two days observing the canvassing board and recount process in Boward County. If you went down there, you would see an orderly, transparent process, and lots of law enforcement watching.
Wrong. It is the #BrowardCounty canvassing board that claims her vote is illegal, not me. If what your reporting found is accurate, then you have confirmed what I have been saying, that we have ample reason to carefully scrutinize the actions of the BrowardElection supervisor.

Brian Kemp has a history of making false allegations of cyberattacks. In December 2016, he claimed DHS had hacked Georgia’s election system. An inspector general’s report revealed the accusation was bogus.

The Biden campaign says it is putting their trust in the Cleveland Clinic to ensure Kamala Harris is not infected during the debate tonight. Given what happened last time, I'm not sure that faith is warranted.

Justice Jackson just took everyone to school on the 14th Amendment, explaining that its purpose was to ensure equality for people treated less equally than white people. It's not lost that the originalists forget to apply originalism to the 14th Amendment.

The Electoral College is another Confederate monument that should be taken down. From the beginning, the EC has given white southerners outsized influence when picking the president. That a white minority could elect Trump in 2020 is a feature, not a bug

Zuckerberg told AOC that the Daily Caller was selected as a Facebook fact-checker by an independent group. "We actually don't appoint the independent fact-checkers." But per WSJ, Zuckerberg was involved in deciding, and favored, making Daily Caller a fact-checker last year
for background on aoc's questioning of zuckerberg on daily caller, facebook didn't have to partner with them, it was at former bush staffer and current facebook vp joel kaplan's behest wsj.com/articles/faceb…

Gorsuch's fear of "massive social upheaval" from LGBTQ rights is a bad legal argument. Does he think Brown v Board of Education was wrongly decided b/c southern whites threw a fit over it? The whole point of civil rights is that the upheaval doesn't matter.
    Replying to @lawrencehurley
Reposting w/out typo: After Title VII arguments, Justice Gorsuch seems to think the textual arguments are a close thing, but he's worried about court going beyond its role and the "massive social upheaval" that could result from a ruling in favor of plaintiffs

Questions from Sen. Jacky Rosen show that DeJoy didn't do an analysis of the impact his USPS changes would have on veterans and seniors. And if any do exist, he won't commit to sharing it with Congress.

Remember those 53,000 people blocked from registering to vote in Georgia? They're legally allowed to vote, but Common Cause Georgia has received reports indicating it's likely many are being forced to cast provisional ballots instead.
