If Starship can carry 100 people, how many Optimus bots can be packed in? Serious question.

10x Elon said the next version of FSD— presumed to be version 14— will have 10x the number of parameters as version 13 (including the version 13 builds used in Robotaxi). What does this mean? Architecturally, a neural network is made up of layers, and those layers contain

Come on @Apple you can do better... this is quite ridiculous. First image show X at the top— this is clearly based on raw data. But then "Try these AI-Powered Apps" doesn't present X or Grok at all. REALLY? And then we have "Top Apps Right Now"... that seems like a curated

Early version 14 thoughts. 1. We have convergence. By convergence I mean version 14 represents the convergence release, where follow-on point releases will yield effectively the solution to the problem, namely autonomous driving. Its clear. 2. Tesla is nailing many last mile

The Magic of Tesla FSD, part 7 (v14 edition)

I wrote this post because I am disappointed. I feel we've lost Apple. Apple was "our" company... my company. I started my love affair with Apple with my first product purchase, and Apple ][. Then Macintosh. I worked there as my first job. Then the Steve Jobs era, the return

Witnessing the rollout of Grok 4 this week from xAI just makes me wonder... What the heck is Apple doing? xAI went from nothing 2 years ago to the world's best AI. No company, no team, no data center just 28 months ago. And meanwhile Siri has arguably gotten worse.
