I love how, in the modern era of public discourse, your conclusion about any topic - whatever it is - not only invalidates your reasoning, but somehow makes you an aggressor to those whom came to a different conclusion.
Taxed for buying it, taxed for owning it, taxed for selling it, taxed on the money you made to keep it, taxed on the materials to maintain it, and (my favorite) taxed MORE if you improve it.
And still they want more. They invent ways to tax you.
Ah, yes - another tax. That’s what’s needed.
Let’s not address the root of the issue, let’s just find a way to excise the last dollar we can from an entity that closing due to theft and loss.
