Great win and delighted for you but as @scottdavies1988 said best thing you can do is invest and never do it again. I won 35K off an acca in 2010, lost it in 5 weeks and ended up with 250K of debt and a crippling addiction. A big win can change your relationship. Be careful. 👍

Some bits of recovery from addiction are tough like being woken up at 3am with your phone buzzing from all your outgoing debt repayments but some bits are amazing like not waking up with a stinking hangover and doing an 18.5km before breakfast. It’s possible and it’s worth it ❤️‍🩹

Five years without a bet today 🙌 The best one yet by far on a personal level. Lots has happened that I honestly thought was never possible including becoming a dad. Thank you to everyone who has helped me reach this point. Hope I have helped a few people along the way too 💙🙏

3 years ago today since my last bet. It has been quite some journey but so much good has happened. Recovery is possible ❤️ @epicpgc

Nearly 4 years ago I walked in through these doors broken in every way possible. Several weeks later I walked out a different person. A place that saved my life. Wanted to go back yesterday to remind myself of what it allowed me to achieve since ❤️💙 linktr.ee/mightbite

4 years today without a bet 🙌 What a year it’s been and maybe next year might be even better. I hope I have helped many others along the way. It’s amazing what you can achieve when liberated from addiction. Thank you to everyone who has supported me 💙❤️ linktr.ee/mightbite

Absolutely. That’s why I congratulated him and encouraged him to enjoy it. I just know in my experience I didn’t do that, I just turned my attention to immediately trying to win more straight away which is easy to do. Not preaching just sharing to help him and others 👍

Whilst gambling is rightly often described as a ‘hidden’/‘invisible’ addiction, the lifestyle, stress and other negative coping mechanisms take their toll on you physically 👀 Amazing what you can achieve in recovery 💙 linktr.ee/mightbite #addiction #gambling #mentalhealth

A very sad end to what has personally been an incredibly special one. I hope that my son (Freddie) born this morning encompasses the values and morals that Queen showed throughout her life and can display some of the dignity, resolve and compassion she did ❤️💙 #QueenElizabeth

This photo was taken 5 years ago today… Gambling addiction is not just a financial problem-lots of the signs are ‘hidden/invisible’ but this shows how much it can impact you physically as well as mentally. Exercise is a huge part of my #recovery and my word am I better for it 💙

I am sure there will be plenty of people that are gutted that #Cheltenham is over but I am buzzing as it’s the toughest week of the year for me. Safe to say this Saturday morning is a bit different to how I felt and what it was like four years ago! Recovery from addiction is 👌💙

One of the more surreal moments I have had since giving up gambling… A proud moment and I hope goes to show what is possible in recovery from addiction ❤️💙 Best bit is I can even afford one these days 👍 @BloomsburySport @willis_macp @zoe_blanc @moomincroft #publication
