- In 18 hours, senior Josh Ferguson was going to hear Winthrop’s name called on Selection Sunday. A culmination of a lifetime of work for Josh & fellow senior Hunter Hale. Peaked into study hall & here he is writing a paper. My heart breaks for him. I’m so proud to be his coach.
- Anna DeBeer is one of the best competitors I’ve ever seen play. Any sport. Our go-to player. Best player. She goes down with an injury and her teammates step up and crush the moment. Under the brightest lights. I haven’t been around here very long but this has to go down as one
- Dear NCAA, Please consider in future years allowing me to deliver a few gifts to International players that can’t go home for Christmas. Perhaps a limit of 150-200 bucks? I know the Grinch would be upset with this but I feel it would be a little awesome. Sincerely, Santa

- Love this pic. My staff deserves a ton credit. Watch our sidelines during games…I trust them implicitly. We’re just a bunch of mid-major cats that won’t ever forget where we came from. Plus putting up with me everyday should get them time out purgatory 😜.
