    A tragic and entirely unnecessary death
    Mya Thwate Thwate Khaing, who was shot in the head as Myanmar police broke up a protest in Naypyitaw last week, died today. She had turned 20 on life support. Doctors said she was hit by a live bullet. #WhatsHappeninglnMyanmar reut.rs/3s5ZmlT

    Another terrible day in Myanmar. At least 4 shot dead in Monywa and Mandalay. Police arrested large numbers of people in Kyauk Myaung, Yangon, lined them up, hands-on-heads, and took then away in several police trucks.
