Akshata Murty is worth £27bn and went to all that trouble to avoid £20m tax. Thats the same as having £27,000 in the bank and dodging paying 20 quid. The greed is mind boggling.

Nurses, ambulance workers, rail workers, postal workers, teachers are not the enemies of the people. They are the people. In many cases the best of the people. This government narrative is vile.

I'd had the most hellish six months of my life. Then I got on set with Joe and Esme and this year's adorable contestants and all the bad things just went away. Hope you had as much fun watching it as we had making it. #SewingBee

I was told I could watch my dad's coffin slide into the cremation furnace via webcam. Meanwhile Boris and co are spaffing wine up the walls and vomiting on the carpets. What did we do to deserve these shameless bachanalian con artists?

I know Im biased, but gosh I really love #SewingBee Our contestants are the loveliest most fabulous most talented people you could ever hope to spend time with. Thank you all for making it such a joy to be a part of.

My mum grew up without a dad because my grandad died fighting the fascists. Our PM is a prick.

Some thoughts on the current government.
“I genuinely cannot think of a single thing that this government has done that has made anything better for anybody” Fashion entrepreneur @paddygrant says it is “absolutely time” for “better politics” as he welcomes general election announcement #bbcdn bbc.in/4bqNpyw

Well that's that for another season of @britishsewingbee Its been a pleasure. All that's left is for me and Esme to give the place a good once over and stick the bins out. See you all again next year. PS @joelycett can you bung the lights off once you've had your brew?

    50. And very happy. Thanks to brilliant @MCreativeCakes for my amazing cake.

H&M's sustainability adverts can fuck right off. You've dyed a top with coffee. Whoop-de-doo. Your entire business model is the problem. Not the dye on one top.

Haircut, beer in a pub garden, some televised sewing. What a week its gonna be.
The Bee is back. Wednesday 14th April at 9pm on @BBCOne, with @joelycett, @paddygrant and Esme Young. #SewingBee

I'm sure I say this every year. But WOW. So much talent, so much creativity, such lovely, warm, generous, funny, brilliant contestants. What a fabulous finale and what an incredible winner. I cannot wait to start filming next year's #SewingBee

Sometimes its the oddest things. This image of the Aberdeenshire farmers forming a guard of honour with their tractors really set me off.
