    The radial nerve splits into superficial radial branch & PIN at the anterior aspect of the radiocapitellar joint, just proximal to the supinator. Compressive neuropathy of the PIN leads to motor dysfunction, namely weakness with wrist and finger extension. anchor.fm/orthobullets/eā€¦

    Extending femoral neck offset does not lengthen the limb, but increases horizontal distance of the stem away from the femoral head which increases abductor tension improving stability. Weakness of abductors can cause perceived leg lengthening. More: anchor.fm/orthobullets/eā€¦
