- That's a wrap on @ACOS_MSS at @TCOM_UNTHSC. None of it would have been possible without these people right here! They represented our chapter incredibly and put in a tremendous amount of work this past year. Lucky to have them as friends, classmates, and future colleagues 💕
- Can't wait to get started! @SamInScrubs and I have an amazing team of students behind us– all incredibly dedicated to DO student success in surgery. The future of @ACOS_MSS is bright!
- What an honor for TCOM @ACOS_MSS to be nominated for Most Improved Student Organization at @UNTHSC! We expanded our membership and presence at @TCOM_UNTHSC and were selected to host the national conference later this month! So proud of our entire team!

- When I first got interested in ortho in college (~8 years ago), it was around 12%! As an applicant, I can see myself (female and a DO) represented in many of the programs & I can't wait to be that role model for someone else. There's work to do but change is definitely happening.
- So excited for Chicago! Who else is going?? This year we are really trying to emphasize and encourage opportunities to network with surgeons who are part of the College (per student feedback) so you definitely don't want to miss this conference! It's time to mark your calendars for the Fall ACOS-MSS Student Conference! The conference will take place on Friday, September 22nd and Saturday, September 23rd at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Registration is limited, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible!
