- The OPFFA recognizes the importance of mental health of our brother and sisters. We also acknowledge that PTSD affects many of our Defenders and First Responders. We cannot continue to meet the pacing challenge without taking care of our own. #PTSDAwarenessDay. @IAFFCanada #PTSD
- While we won’t be acknowledging this solemn day in person, we can still be together in solidarity by honouring our fallen with a moment of silence at 1:00pm today, October 3rd, and paying them tribute to our fallen. @IAFFCanada @iaff13th
