Our beautiful darling mother Pam passed away last night . We would like to thank all the incredible staff at Castle View in Salisbury, who were so kind and attentive to her. I saw her last week and I said “Can you see me Mum” of course I can you’re so big. Hysterical to the end.

What a sad day, the passing of the great Nicholas Parsons.I was a guest on his Edinburgh show last year and I was his best man in Barbados to the gorgeous Annie. What a great and talented man he was, undoubtedly the nicest man in show business. Neil and I will miss him hugely.

Sat in Hackney in tears and laughing at the brilliant television coverage. Over the last 50 years I had the privilege of meeting him several times, he always had a twinkle in his eye and will be sadly missed. My thoughts and love go to Her Majesty the Queen. The best monarch.

So very sad to hear of the passing of the comedy legend that was Dame June Whitfield. She rang Neil and I just before Christmas to wish us Happy Christmas. She was the nicest women ever. A great loss but in our memories for ever.

70 years ago I was born in Oldham. I was back there last night celebrating the fantastic work the POINT Charity do, it was my first official visit as there new Patron. They support parents, carers. Children and young people with special educational needs. A wonderful night.

After 104 days in lockdown we were able to go to a restaurant. We chose for lunch today, The Wolseley on Piccadilly. It was sensational, we were beautifully seated and the staff simply the best. The food was delicious and it was perfect to be back at The Wolseley.

Last night was the saddest and most exhilarating night in the theatre. Pantoland at the London Palladium was celebrating its 6th performance and closing night due to the incompetent government. Please explain a half full COVID safe theatre is surrounded by shops full of shoppers

What a fiasco Eurovision is, as a country we should never enter again. Europe obviously hated us. If we had Adele singing one of her greatest hits we would come last. It’s a joke. However we all had huge fun at the Ivy Club xxxxx See you all next year. Xxxxx
