- darah mens itu darah kotor is just a toxic social construct, darah mens literally cm peluruhan dinding endometrium karena ovum gak dibuahin.. it goes the same with darah mimisan, luka, etc wkwkwk ya cuma darah anjinggIN MY OPINION pembalut ga perlu dicuci karna darah tuh salah satu limbah medis yang bersifat infeksius. Kalo dicuci darahnya bisa ngalir kemana mana🥲 iya kalo sistem sanitasi di rumah udah oke (sumur serapan dll) tapi kalo limbahnya ngalir ke sungai? Ke selokan? Hell nah💀
