    NATIONAL LEAGUE funding distribution SCANDAL. Using estimates of Independent Review Panel’s revised club funding formula, we find that 7 of the 8 Board members paid their own clubs £530,000 more than they should have. @FA so far refuse to sanction this possible abuse of power 😳
