- sometimes I write songs in 20 minutes and sometimes I write songs in 8 years
- I think it’s about that time where I need to write 10 songs
- just to be clear, we’ve been working on a new album for 13 months and im so excited
- .@Foxing is no joke the most impressive and exciting band I’ve had the pleasure of watching grow in a long long time. only great things to come from these guys and watching them perform before us every night is thrilling and inspiring. officially a life long fan.

- in a lot of ways i consider black mile our first album in our second phase. working on the sophomore album has been just as exciting and terrifying as METN. that’s all. more soon. love ya.
- it’s been an unforgettably moving experience for me making this album. i hope more than anything that when you hear it you feel connected and peaceful. despite all the darkness around. thank you for letting us into your ears after all this time. we don’t take it for granted.

- a couple of years ago I was going through a tough life season and my dad told me his mantra “if you can string two days without something going horribly wrong count it as a victory and live in that moment as best you can”... dude was right
- thinking about a poetry book of all released songs 2005-2020 and second book of unreleased lyrics from the same time period. we like this or no?
- jimmy eat world appreciation post. on a nice little drive today and realizing I know these songs like a second language.
