- 65 pounds down. Still have a long way to go but I’m proud of where I’m at.
- 3 years between these pics, the left I was pushing 300 pounds and the right I’m at 185. Been a long journey but I’m happy to see how far I’ve come.
- I don’t normally post shirtless pics, but ever since I started losing weight and lost over 40 pounds, I’ve began to feel more confident in myself. I may not be where I want too but I’m on my way.
- Do you ever look at a picture of yourself and think… that’s me? These pics are 8 months apart.
- Well it’s official, I’m back in the 100’s! Haven’t seen a 1 in front of my weight since middle school 🥳
- Kind of proud but I’ve successfully been able to put on a size large shirt today. A few months ago I was wearing 2XLs.
