We sadly report the devastating news of youth team playerJake Pickford who died suddenly in his sleep.Jake was a great lad & a great player he will be greatly missed by all.Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family & friends .Rest in peace young man.- Ladies and Gentlemen, your Gwent Premier League Champions!!!
- The courage shown by some people amazes me we have a gentleman coming to our game today traveling 293 miles on bus and train which will take him over 5 hours and he is totally blind ! A great example of the passion and love shown for our Beautiful game#SoBrave#FootballLover#Buds
- We are pleased to announce the appointment of first team manager Matthew Driscoll. Matthew brings a vast amount of experience both as a player & manager. He has played for many clubs over the years including Merthyr Town, Clevedon Town & Afan Lido FC.

- We would like to sadly announce that our captain Tom Davies(Twizz) as decided to call it a day and hang up is boots. He's been our Captain for the past 5 seasons.he will be missed all the best Twizz. He's had a fantastic football career and everyone wishes him the very best ❤️🖤
- Its with great sadness that We have to share passing of Roy Edwards.He was a true gentleman . Roy Had been at the Buds for over 60 years he played goalkeeper for the Buds & went on to serve the committee in almost every capacity endi g up being the President of the club he loved.

- We are devastated to hear the passing of Stevie Owen. Stevie along with his family did so much good for football in Aberbargoed .Stevie was well respected as a football man but mostly for being a great all round guy. Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time.
- The club are delighted to announce we have been awarded a Tier 3 licence by the FAW First Instance Body allowing us to play in the @ArdalSouthern league for the 23/24 season. Through the hard work of all involved, on and off the field. We are back where we belong! ❤️🖤 #upthebuds
