Replying to @JakeSuckyThis is a huge yikes and we do NOT want players like this in our community at all. I went ahead and perma banned this player from VALORANT, as well as all other Riot Games. Thanks for raising this. Please keep raising stuff like this and reporting so we can make VAL safer. π¨π₯- In hindsight, I now realize we did this cause we were all depressed and miserable HAHAHAHAThe fact that empowering notes like these exist in the womenβs bathroom at Blizzard is something that really keeps me going, and leaves me even more motivated to inspire women to join the tech field. - When I quit at Blizzard, HR finally was like: - what can we do to make you stay? - do you want to be transferred to a game team? theyβre less toxic than the tech org. - do you want to be paid more? You should have done all these things 3 years before I quit. I tried all 3 years.
