It’s been a tough summer. This tweet is mainly to thank the staff on ward D58 at the QMC. Who are a truly amazing set of people. They did their best. We said goodbye to my lovely ma, Pauline Taylor today. She was the best. Never forgotten. Thanks to @foxy219 for having my back.

Won’t be at the game tonight... have been ill for a few days and covid test results came back positive this morning. Feel as weak as owt and the cough isn’t fun, but hope to be back in action soon. Will try to stay awake to watch #NFFC take on Wayne Rooney’s Derby County... 👊

Normally completely agree with MOTD coverage. They are right to hail Solanke for a fine hat-trick. He was superb. But shocking decision to send off Boly was treated like a footnote. It was the defining moment in the game. Controversy from Rob Jones yet again #NFFC

Steve Cooper did the best job of any #NFFC manager of the last two decades... and he did it while uniting a city and a football club. The fist pumps will be sorely missed. A sad ending to a wonderful chapter of the Nottingham Forest story.
