    Recruits. DO NOT number your offers with "blessed to receive my 16th offer" etc. It's a bad look & disrespectful. I am sure you wouldn't want a Coach telling you that you are their 163rd offer. You have multiple offers-that's cool-be respectful. You don't need the extra applause
