- Hey, Swiss citizen here. I own guns and never passed a mental health screening as there is nothing in the law about this. Also ammo can be purchased online and shipped to your house, I actually just got some very nice .338 Win Mag last Saturday

Ammunition is strictly controlled and stored in depots and gun ranges. Also having a social safety net that includes mental health care. Got it?
