The wait is over... Tiny Experiments is officially out in the world!! Feeling a mix of excitement, gratitude & the inevitable anxiety that comes with sharing work you truly care about. I believe this approach can change lives and I can’t wait to see how you make it your own.

If you're procrastinating, ask yourself: does the lack of motivation come from your head, your heart, or your hand? • Head: not the right goals... reconsider strategy • Heart: not the right motives... reframe incentives • Hand: not the right skills... get coaching/training

    • We only use 10% of our brain. • Some are right-brained and others left-brained. • Listening to classical music makes you smarter. ... these are BS. I wrote an article about neuromyths, how they came about, and why we want to believe them. 🧠

My dad is French, my mom is Algerian. In my dad's culture, it's rude to not finish your plate. It means you didn't appreciate the food. In my mom's culture, it's rude to finish your plate. It means the chef didn't serve you enough food. Always ask about your host's culture.

Funny how almost every time I feel like I lack time, I actually lack focus 🙃
