My 2009 film, Yellow Cake was also uploaded to the web in the early days of streaming, so the video that exists is in SD format. Content-wise, it's funny/sad how it's still pretty relevant. So, I decided to do a 'remastered' HD release. youtu.be/8YCQEQfhAQM

I'm still amazed I was able to smuggle art like this into a Cartoon Network show that was aimed at kids...

Over the Garden Wall was one of those projects that comes very rarely in one's career. I'm so happy that I was able to help bring something into the world that would resonate year-after-year with so many people.

So I worked on two cancelled shows at Netflix for those keeping score at home.

It’s starting to feel like October

Well, looks like the word is out. I was co-executive producer for the Bone series at Netflix. It was going to be so good!! We had a great team and were finally trying to bring this story to life on the screen. <sigh>

‘OVER THE GARDEN WALL’ will leave Max starting August 31.

Here's my dog-eared copy of Bone all post-noted up. 🦴☠️🎻

it's amazing to see that almost all of the work that I've done in the past 5 years has been either cancelled, had production halted or been pulled off of streaming services. All the more reason artists should be producing their own independent work.

Looking back, it's hard to believe that I was able to smuggle backgrounds like these into a fairly low-budget cartoon--it's what happens when executives leave artists alone to be creative.

Here's some bg's I did for the most recent episode of Smiling Friends. A great show by a great team!

Hey! Smiling Friends premiered this week on Adult Swim. Here's some concept art that I did for the Hallowe'en episode. @psychicpebble @MichaelRCusack

When 4 minutes of animation takes me 7 years to make, I am comforted to know that a critic works harder.

It’s that time of year again! Here’s the last piece of art I created for Over the Garden Wall. Happy October!!!
