-Can go move your body & sweat

- If you woke up with the opportunity to: -Move your body -Make money w/ a job -Text/call the people you love You're in a very good spot.
- Talked to 3-4 friends recently who have stopped drinking alcohol. Do you think drinking alcohol is worth it?

No phone for the first hour - start small and add additional time if needed Don't let your phone & its contents dictate your morning and potentially your day
