i'm not sure. it looked like they were decently young by the skill level of the drawing. they expected me to pay ~$50USD for a low quality drawing. i couldn't tell if it was a joke or not :,)
i'm debating on it, i'm trying right now to talk with them in dms (they're a private account) and i'm extremely confused on if they're serious or not. if they are serious then i'm doing a beware for sure.
