    Back at Mobolaji Johnson Station at EB yesterday. My brother and I left Lagos for Ibadan Moniya on Wednesday morning and returned Omi-Adio to Lagos on Thursday evening. I parked my jalopy at the station car park and - for an overnight parking fee of N1,500 - there it was!

    CSU published a letter “To Whom It May Concern” confirming that Bola A. Tinubu attended the university and graduated from it a long time ago. Any further embarrassment was caused by those who refused to accept that very clear statement, not by President @officialABAT.

    Thank you everybody for your congratulations on my National Honour 🙏🏽 It’s weird, because since I’m outside the country, those messages were the first I heard of it! I remember giving a long list of heroes of the #June12 struggle at the 25th anniversary, and hope they’re amongst.

    Things I learnt while at The Electoral Institute yesterday: 1. That report about @MBuhari getting 75% of his votes in 2015 from areas where card readers were not used did not come from @inecnigeria or its data. 2. INEC will use #PVC #CardReaders in all the 2019 elections.

    On Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, passing FourSquare en route Ibadan to speak to the Students’ Council on Legal Aid of the University of Ibadan, it’s that smooth, it’s like skating! I open my flask and pour myself a cup of coffee. No spills. If it could only be like this all the way!

    My Mother at Ijebu-Ode on 2nd February 1951, her 21st birthday. Her Father (my Grandpa) gave her the watch for passing her School Certificate. She'd have been 92 today. Rest in Peace Mum.

    I don’t think he did what he did in expectation that it would “work for him”. I think he did what he did because it was the right thing to do. That should be our guiding principle.

    I could have dismissed @GRVlagos’s claim that “All Lagosians” were disenfranchised on Saturday as a mere rhetorical flourish, but when he went on to mention Ikoyi … 🛑🚫 My neighbours and I voted freely and observed the count, which LP lost though it had won the same PU on 25/2.
