- update: my attempt to open Giuliani's website last week seems to have left my desktop computer with a persistent "spoofing" virus that's requiring many days and multiple IT Department interventions to fix. I am not joking.I tried to open this link to Giuliani's website and my browser won't open it because it says it's a "security threat"
