    looks like i got hit. i work A LOT and im obsessed with work, everyone knows this. there's nothing i could've done to not be laid off. in fact i was literally working so much that so many people told me "you'll be ok, we need you to train/manage the outsourcers"

    Keeping it real - this was a trying time for the music team, amidst low sentiment from our last DLC and layoffs late last year. There were a few moments then where I lost hope and was skeptical of what the future looked like (cont.)

    one of the vendors i was training flew up to Bungie a few weeks ago... and im glad i was candid i said "well, you kno what direction the team is going. i hope my training is enough" him: "what do u mean?" me: "clearly this is happening cause the music team will be laid off"

    and the RICH thing about all of this? Hans is the not the guy to be scolding ppl about putting musicians out of work. Look how he convinced Fox to fire Alf Clausen (and the union orchestra that performed music for each Simpsons episode), and hire his stupid Bleeding Fingers shit
