    I’m a professional softball player and I dropped a fly ball this season. It was embarrassing But we’re all imperfect. Remember that Players, give yourself grace Coaches, learn to give correction that doesn’t damage confidence Parents, give your kids space after tough games

    I’d rather be great at a mid-major than average/below average at some P5 schools. And the fact @JMUSoftball keeps proving you can do absolutely anything anywhere is really cool. Recruits, dream big but what do you value? Make sure you know

    Hey recruits, can anyone do these things? • stand at home & throw the ball over the OF fence • run home 2 home sub :11 • bench your body weight & deadlift 2x your bw • do a pistol squat • hit a sb out with a wood bat I want strong, fast ATHLETES! #acceptthechallenge

    For all those young players out there thinking they haave to go P4, my professional @AUSL_Bandits team has 5 players who at some point played at a mid major! And they’re all freakin good! Proud mid major kid right here 🙋‍♀️

    After a lot of thought and careful consideration, I have decided to eat a lot of ice cream on May 19th. I’m going to test out all the flavors. Thank you to Marshall and my family for supporting me, to God for not making me too lactose intolerant. I hope I make the right decision!

    Softballers 🚨🥎 Baserunning Tip of the Day: When leading off a bag, we need good shin angle, no false steps, 45 degree angle of body, knee up, toe up, big arms. TRAIN IT. I want to seeeee it 👀
